If your a local you know but if not want the best hamburger and fries in Shannon,ms ?this were us locals go or maybe ribs or rib tips they got those also friendly folks and great southern hospitality at its finest. Me personally when I want a burger and fries it Griggs grocery and deli ever time the also do call in orders which are pretty quick .

Locals and I love this place. ms Griggs and her team operates the counter and directs the orders and staff, and MaMa D knows her and everyone in this place. Every day has a different special. I've had the fried and grilled catfish which was yummy, sides of salad or potatoes green beans, green salad was ok but it had fake pink bacon on it. Colleagues had the bbq pork ribs (don't remember what day this was), fried pork sandwich. I had a grilled cheese sandwich with hoop cheese (?). By far Griggs has the best barbecued rib tips in Lee County. The rub, which is an original blend, has the right amount of spices to place it in a league by itself.
